The central issue banknotes commemorating the marshes inclusion on the World Heritage List

The central bank decided on Sunday, issuing commemorative banknotes to mark the occasion of the marshes and the Iraqi archaeological sites included into the World Heritage List.
The bank said in a statement received (range Press), a copy of "Bank congratulates the Iraqi people on the occasion of the marshes and the archaeological sites included into the World Heritage List and decides to issue commemorative banknotes to commemorate this important event globally."
Noteworthy that UNESCO, agreed on Sunday to join the marshes and archaeological areas in Iraq on the World Heritage list after the vote of all members of approval.
According to UNESCO, the organization's decision marshes and archaeological sites, which are included on the World Heritage List is ur raised in Dhi Qar and the effects of Warka in Al Muthanna and the effects of Laredo in Dhi Qar and Houralhoveizeh in Maysan Central and marshes in Dhi Qar, Maysan and Hor eastern ass in Basra and Hor Western ass in Dhi Qar .
He called on the Iraqi Council of Ministers, in the (7 June 2016), to redouble their efforts and complete all requirements for the inclusion of the marsh areas within the World Heritage list, with the exception of this national goal.
The President of the Republic Fuad Masum in (12 May 2016), called, regional bodies and the international community to include the marshes and heritage of the city of Nasiriyah province of Dhi Qar, part of the World Heritage list, with student bodies concerned with the development of economic activities in the city, the face of Dhi Qar Council invite President of the Republic to visit the province.
