    The head of the House of Representatives Saleem al - Jubouri, on Tuesday, that thedifferences between the political forces in Baghdad , "reflected on the performance of the provincial councils in recent times." As called for neutralizing the work of theprovincial councils for the political dimension in the center, he pointed out that "there is a historical responsibility ahead of us in the prosecution of thecorrupt." Jubouri said, in his speech during a meeting with the local Diyala government meeting, and followed up (range Press), " The historical responsibility ahead of us before God first, and then in front of our people in the prosecution of corrupt and detection, a task that is reflected on the provincial councils as they are the responsibility of the House of Representatives . " . He called on the Speaker of Parliament to "neutralize thework of the provincial councils for the political dimension in the center , " stressing that " the differences between the political forces in Baghdad reflected on the performance of the provincial councils in recent times , which is unfortunate."
