    Iraq economically declining due to corruption, despite owning 26% of the total global energy

    Experts believe that the classification of Iraq ranked 92 in the world in the economy, according to statistics British Igtom Institute due to the lack of solutions to the problems of lagging projects, while stressing a member of the Economic Committee that the corruption behind this decline, despite Iraq's possession of 26% of the total global energy.

    Showed statistics from the Institute for Igtom British, and seen by the "File News", "Iraq solution ranked 92 globally in the economy, as was ranked 125 in business opportunities, as the ability to start a business in Iraq does not exceed 56%."

    Statistics indicated that "government efforts to tackle poverty is estimated at 26%, compared to the volume of foreign investments is estimated at 5.9%."

    He predicted an economist worn out greeting structures, due to the diagnosis of mistakes without leaving any solutions, while stressing that the accumulation of problems lagging projects stalled and laws will be of impossibility resolved in record time.

    The expert said Ahmed al-Husseini said that "the survival of the House of Representatives and the government in the diagnosis of errors and bugs in important projects in the country, in particular the service without Etienne by her cause Pthalk structures greeting day after day," stressing that "the accumulation of problems such projects would be impossible resolved in record time, even though need for the country to development and reconstruction, "

    He explained: "The House of Representatives committees, economic, and financial services disorder diagnosed in projects and laws and they identify with precision, but without going out by".

    The expert added that "these committees often blames the political and security situation, and of course you can not ignore those files, but does not prevent from asking solutions possible taking and implemented on the ground, especially with service projects, which has become a burden on the Iraqi people."

    For his part, member of the Economic Commission MP Mahma Khalil told "View News", "This decline is due to the prevalence of corruption in state institutions," adding that "state funds do not go into the fields of economy, but go into the pocket whales corruption."

    He explained: "The Iraqi Statistics, proved that the financial and administrative corruption is prevalent in all the institutions of the state, and we see there is a steady decline in economic growth, despite Iraq's possession of 26% of the total global energy"

    He said Khalil: "Iraq is in addition to the energy possessed wealth of human, agricultural and religious tourism, assisted on the economic recovery in the event of eradicating corruption," calling "the government and parliament, clerics and intellectuals to to fight this phenomenon to develop and build this country."

    The budget for Iraq in 2013 amounting to 138 trillion dinars (equivalent to 118.6 billion U.S. dollars).

    I see these three paragraphs from the largest mouth Khalil of the committee like this:

    In Blue is what duck mentioned on his last day;
    In Black, is the problem;
    In the redish is what Ali has claimed the whole time.

    So, the outcome for me in this investment is this, "Nothing is holding Iraq up but Iraq", meaning their is no sanction or law or body (other than Iraq's on body) in the way. Iraq needs to develop this on their own (another comment from duck), which means time (comment the whole time from Ali).

    I mention these two guys cause besides them, I have learned to only follow the news. One thing I find that they have both ended on is, duck with the patience at his departure and Ali with the have to have time as he always said, is time.

    I do not think it was expected on the ducks part that after VII Iraq would be granted this time, I am not sure as he isn't here any more to answer this but I go by what he left on. It is looking more and more now by that thru the news that time is all that's left.

    You either have to adopt that or you sell, this is why my email coming out today is stating what it will be saying. This is the investment of a lifetime, you just got to have the patience for the timing. The Middle East doesn't think like the West or they wouldn't be the Middle East.

    Neno

    I fully understand what you are saying here. I would agree with it all except I do not thing the world as it is today, would allow them to stay the way they are and be a part of the multi national economy. I think it is in their hands but I think the outside pressure will move them forward quickly.

    There is a global financial reset coming.  Until the ruling global powers make it happen, Iraq will continue to shoot itself in the foot financially.  The only decisions Iraq can make it seems are the wrong ones.... The world powers will one day assign a new value to the dinar in spite of Iraq and it's thieves of Baghdad and their corruption. With all due respect to Neno and others, I don't think it is up to Iraq alone....there are international forces at work here besides Iraq imo. Unfortunately for the investors in the dinar, there are likely to be major catastrophes that will occur first that will result in the rise of the NWO before the rv imo. :affraid:

    You could be right worf... A lot of people seems to think so. But I totally agree with you on Iraq
    shooting themselves in the foot and external pressure will make them or break them. And with as
    much as they have put into Iraq, they will get something out of them, blood along with their greed  & [b style="font-size: 13px;"]control.[/b]

     Let me get this straight. There was no immediate revalue after chapter VII(as Duck stated) an 'm somehow expected to believe Ducks words now? I'm trying to pull reason from this line of thought, I just can't........... When I die am I going to see a giant rubber Duck swimming in a pond that has all the answers to the universe? "LOOK!! the messiah"

    Khalil, stated it all, just mentioned three words duck said. Worf makes more sense, now jacksmack, what you going to do as I am not into it as you. Reminds me of a movie where the people where haunted and attacked by this big rubber duck and killed. Better sleep with one eye open and a plastic melting torch near by... ;)

    there hasn't been a lot of good news out in days, they have to be working on something. Anyone  hear of article8 WE KNOW NOW THEY ARE WORKING TOWARDS ARTICLE VIII. NOW FOR INTERNATIONAL STATUS WITH THE DINAR IT IS A MUST, BUT IF THEY JUST WANT TO CHANGE INSIDE COUNTRY, THEY DONT.
