Of the Iraqi Council of Ministers decisions in Algeslh No. 40 for the year 2013 to approve the assignment of a draft law amending the Code of Criminal Procedure to the Supreme Judicial Council to study and to express an opinion on it

The Council of Ministers held its regular session in Baghdad, Tuesday, September 17, 2013 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki issued by the Board the following decisions:



1 - Allow students stages ending performance exam third-round supplemental and three lessons only that the Ministry of Education initiated all requirements necessary for the success of examinations of its budget to take charge of the Ministry of Finance to add any amount you need and the Ministry of Education as an advance to be ironed from the budget of 2014 to conduct examinations.



2 - Approval of the draft law on ratification of the Convention on the promotion and protection of investment between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Armenia, signed in Baghdad on 7/11/2012, and referred to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Articles (61 / item first) and (80 / item II ) of the Constitution.



3 - to approve the draft law amending the Law Association of Accountants and Auditors No. (185) for the year 1969, the auditor by the State Council, and forwarded to the House of Representatives based on the provisions of Articles (61 / item I) and (80 / item II) of the Constitution, with taking into account the notes of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.



4 - Approval of the draft law to protect the Turkmen to be taken into consideration the observations of the State Council and the Legal Department in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.





5 - to approve the assignment of a draft law amending the Code of Criminal Procedure to the Supreme Judicial Council to study and to express an opinion on it.



6 - Adoption of the recommendations of the Commission on the Status of a new system to collect lists of electric power from consumers, the problem under Diwani Order No. (35) for the year 2013.



7 - Adoption of the recommendations of the Central Committee of the audit and review all cases of past and current contract for decades attribution problem under Diwani Order No. (120) for the year 2012. With the appointment of their peers in the province of Basra who terminated their contracts if they are not employees The Office Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs / Chairman of the Committee of Basra the fundamentalist proposed menus.



8 - approve the recommendation of the Committee on Economic Affairs on the amendment of Article (11 / Item IV) of the Companies Law No. (22) for the year 1997 (as amended) for the share of the treasury of the profits of public companies (25%) instead of (45%) and the allocation of 20% that is reduced to a reserve expansions.



9 - The Ministry of Finance to allocate the amount of $ (2,000,000) two million dollars from the budget of the Ministry of Agriculture for the year 2014 for the purpose of providing financial support in the creation of a trust fund for the Near East Region of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), based on the provisions of Article (5) of the Act Federal budget (7) for the year 2013.



10 - Approval of the interpretation of the text of Article (15 / III) of the Companies Act No. 22 of 1997 that granted the right of public companies with the participation of private Iraqi companies, similar to the Arab and foreign companies and considering the decisions of the previous post with Iraqi companies correct decisions.
