He confirmed the economic and financial expert Majid Suri said Wednesday that there is a financial mismanagement of the year 2003, and so far, adding that the government of Dr. Haider al-Abadi launched an integrated economic program.
He said the picture in a press statement that we have not noticed the existence of development plans over more than a decade, indicating that the previous governments relied on employment in the public sector for the purposes of propaganda and neglecting the private sector.
He added that there is no austerity in the economic sense but is a partial reduction in operating expenses, attributing this to the lack of flow of financial resources to lower oil prices and the war on terror Daesh.
He explained that the government of Abadi launched an integrated economic program in 2014, but it was not being applied as necessary for the spread of financial and administrative corruption, which led to the existence of the bureaucracy and the loss of a very big money and the acquisition by corrupt parties and influential in power, who are still trying to maintain their positions.
He pointed to the picture that the anti-corruption campaign waged by al-Abadi will be reluctant to the phenomenon of corruption and will not allow the emergence of new corrupt, indicating that the government was forced to launch this war because of the new situation after the terrorist Daesh and re-orientation phase of the war-affected areas and the rehabilitation of the economy.
