"NATO": Turkey briefed us on the course of its operations in northern Syria

A NATO official said that Turkey is informing NATO about the operation of the olive branch in northern Syria.
An official in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) said on Sunday that "Turkey is looking forward to the alliance on the process of olive branch", which launched on Saturday, in the northern city of Afrin. "Turkey is in an area of chaos, and it has suffered great losses because of terrorism," the official told Anatolia news agency, without revealing his identity.
The official stressed that "all countries have the right to self-defense, but must do so in a balanced and moderate," pointing out that "Turkey provided its NATO allies with information about the process of olive branch."
