Energy Commission announced that parliamentary approval of the Council of Ministers, to give $ 5 for every barrel of oil-producing provinces.
The Chairman of the Oil and Energy Committee Ali Fayad (IMN), "This decision will work to raise the economic level of the producing provinces, which owns the rights for other large."
Fayad added, "producing provinces need to large financial allocations for the construction of airports, hotels and infrastructure in line with foreign companies."
And the voice of the Iraqi Council of Representatives voted in (23 June 2013), on the second amendment of the law on provincial powers irregular province, the text of the amendment to increase the amount of petrodollars.
