A source familiar with: "The process of counting and sorting the hand of the election results will be central in the capital Baghdad."
The source close to the Electoral Commission: "The staff of the Commission is about to end all logistical preparations to start the process of counting and sorting manually, which will start mid-week at least," citing the delay in the preparation of new regulations and regulations in line with the third amendment.
The source, who did not disclose his name for legal reasons: "The preparations for the process of counting and sorting continues through the processing of special forms, employees and halls and all the requirements required by the process of counting and sorting manually," noting: "The subject requires sufficient time to complete the preparations."
