The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers approves the transfer of 420 billion dinars for the reconstruction of the liberated provinces

The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced on Sunday the approval of the recommendations of the Committee on Economic Affairs on the transfer of 420 billion dinars from the Ministry of Displacement and Migration for the reconstruction of infrastructure in the liberated provinces.
The Secretariat said in a statement received by "Economy News" that "the resolution stipulated that the transfer should contribute to the restoration of stability and the return of the infrastructure of the provinces covered in accordance with the priorities to ensure their completion and cover the content of what is stated in Article 43 of the Federal Budget Law of 2018."
He added that "the Ministry of Planning proposed to the Economic Committee to transfer the amount of 420 billion dinars from the allocations of the Ministry of Displacement and Migration, and the inclusion of projects proposed by the provinces, and the allocation of assignments transferred 70% for ongoing projects, and 30% for new investment projects.
The statement pointed out that "the allocations will include projects of an operational nature in the case of the need of the provinces within the investment budget."
