He said in a statement that the province of Diyala needs a real pause to upgrade the level of services, especially areas of the city of Baquba, the district of teachers and the philosopher and the canton. "
He said: We in the Parliamentary Services Committee will have a position towards these areas affected and we will take an inspection to see its reality.
