Al-Sadr sends a message to Al-Benaa and the coalition's candidate for prime minister

Shafak News / Sadr movement leader Muqtada al-Sadr hinted on Saturday of his refusal to take over as Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the caretaker government, to succeed resigner Adel Abdul Mahdi, calling on the construction coalition to "inject blood."
Al-Sadr tweeted from the social networking platform "Twitter", saying: Brothers in the building block, Brother Qusay al-Suhail, inject Iraqi blood, respect the orders of the authority, and respect the will of the people, and preserve your dignity is news for us, for you and for Iraq as a whole.
An appendix to al-Sadr is published with the hashtag, "The people are the largest bloc."
The Construction Alliance announced earlier today that it will present its candidate for the position of new Prime Minister to the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, to succeed resigning Adel Abdul Mahdi.
And news circulated by the media representing the parties of the alliance stating that Al-Bana nominated the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the caretaker government Qusay Al-Suhail for the post of head of the next federal government.
Al-Suhail does not have the support of the "Saeron" coalition, which is supported by the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada Al-Sadr, nor of the demonstrators in the protest arenas who refuse, in whole or in detail, any figure from the political parties and powers to assume this position.
"We have met to confirm the reference directives to expedite the formation of the government and the approval of the election law," said the leader of the Badr bloc, which is part of the Al-Fatah coalition, in a joint press conference with members representing the rest of the alliance blocs.
He added, "We call on the President of the Republic to adhere to the constitutional timing and to present the candidate of the largest bloc," adding that "we have submitted the name of our candidate for the position of Prime Minister to the President of the Republic."
On the legislative elections bill, Al-Ghabban said, "The debate regarding the electoral districts will be decided today and will be voted on in the elections at the parliament session on Monday."
The President of the Republic postponed submitting the name of a candidate for the position of Prime Minister to the new federal government until Sunday.
It is noteworthy that the Iraqi parliament failed last week to pass the legislative elections law due to disputes over some of the articles, most notably the delineation of electoral districts in the country's provinces
