"The (Iraqi - American) strategic framework agreement that was approved in 2008 is still valid and we are committed to it and will not be affected by the decision issued by parliament yesterday, as it focused on ending the foreign military presence only and with a timetable The Iraqi government prepares it according to the readiness of our armed forces and the estimates of the General Command, and in coordination with those countries, without affecting the nature of our relations with them. "
Al-Jubouri added, "The mission of the presence of these forces has ended after the elimination of the ISIS superstition, so there is no worry about any deterioration in the economic situation."
