[size=30] Deputy for the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Hussein Narmo, expected, on Saturday, the inclusion of the Federal Court’s law next Monday, indicating that the law requires a consensus on 6 paragraphs .[/size]
[size=30] Nermo said in a statement to "Tigris", "Parliament will vote on the remaining paragraphs of the Federal Court law next Monday after the completion of the parliamentary meeting."[/size]
[size=30]He added, "The contentious materials are the number of members of the Federal Court, the quorum mechanism, the issue of the jurists, the age of the court members, and the court's voting and selection mechanism."[/size]
[size=30]He pointed out that "the council is determined to restore the activities of the Federal Court, which will solve many of the legal problems in and before the upcoming elections."[/size]
