Al-Kaabi said in a congratulatory telegram received / Mawazine News / a copy of it: “We extend our sincerest congratulations and blessings to the Iraqi woman who was and still is an exceptional number, model and essential partner in building Iraqi society, as she had an active role in making huge sacrifices and enduring harsh conditions and facing difficulties during the times. The battles of victory against terrorism were a symbol of sincerity, generosity and patience, and it proved its worth with confidence in all aspects of administration and leadership. "
He added, "On this occasion, I call upon the heads of the blocs to grant a greater leadership role to women in all aspects of political, economic and social life.
