The head of the National State Forces Alliance, Sayyed Al-Hakim, stressed the need for the unity of the Shiite ranks and not to “reduce them.”
In his speech on the occasion of the Iraqi Martyr’s Day, “the first of Rajab”, the anniversary of the martyrdom of Sayyid Muhammad Baqir al-Hakim {in Najaf al-Ashraf: “The unity of our word, the unification of our ranks, and the realization of our ambitions and goals must start from here... and from the largest social component in the country, in preparation for our unity nationwide.”
He added, "We cannot expect to achieve national unity if the largest component is scattered, scattered, scattered, conflicting, overlapping, God forbid."
He stressed, "Shiite patriotism, whose slogan and banner we raised and defended vigorously, means combating division and dispersal in the inner house first, in preparation for containing other decent components away from sectarianism, racism, marginalization and exclusion."
Mr. Al-Hakim stressed, "The unity of the largest social component must be the first goal for all of us and for the other components looking for stability, rights, partnership, balance, cooperation and coexistence."
He said, "We are the first to support the unity of the Kurdish political class and the Sunni political class in the country, and we respect the social peculiarities proposed by our dear and beloved brothers, but we want a unity that paves the way for great national unity, not to be at the expense of the unity of the larger component, its rights, existence, roles and extensions!"
The head of the State Forces Alliance addressed the Kurdish and Sunni political parties in Iraq, and appealed to them “to work on what we have done together to save the country from the clutches of strife, division and intersection towards stability, security and prosperity, and not to send wrong messages that hurt the feelings of their partners in the country from the sons of the largest social component.”
He added, "I emphasize that a narrow or broad national majority does not make sense without producing a successful service government... that puts on its shoulders specific realistic priorities with clear time ceilings," noting that "a narrow or broad majority is not an end in itself... Rather, it is a means of governance in order to secure the interests and rights of the people.
He explained, "If the narrow national majority is in favor of this without threatening the right of the largest component of the people... let us proceed with it, and if the broad majority is sponsoring the path of the required government service and the desired success and prioritizing it over special interests... then we welcome it."
And Mr. Al-Hakim stated, "A successful service government is the goal that must be present in front of our political behavior under any name."
And he called "all the opposition political forces to put the interest of Iraq and the interest of the component they represent in mind..and not to shy away from the unity of the largest component in Iraq..Without this unity, we will pay a huge tax..and neglecting the unity will be a great blemish that defended the rights of the largest component and the rights of the largest component." All Iraqis in the past decades.”
Mr. Al-Hakim also called on “the international community and all brothers and friends to take a position of neutrality and understanding of the course of the internal dialogue and its outcomes, and not to manipulate the strategy of a united, strong Iraq, at the expense of open, immediate and useless tactics.”
He stressed that "Iraqi blood is forbidden for everyone, and Shiite blood is forbidden for everyone, and that security and stability are red lines that should not be crossed, encroached upon or manipulated.
He said: "We have previously announced, and we announce it again, that we will be satisfied with our parliamentary, social and political roles in serving the people of our regions and our people, and we will not participate in the next government. A service that lifts our regions out of their crises and needs.” Ended 25 D
