"Economy News" publishes the text of the Council of Ministers' decision regarding the transfer of lecturers, administrators, contracts, employees and standards readers to Resolution 315 and the appointment of the first and holders of higher degrees.
The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers said in a statement, “The Council of Ministers decided, in its twenty-fourth regular session, held on 06/28/2022, to approve the following:
1. Forming a committee headed by a representative of the Ministry of Finance whose job rank is not less than that of a general manager, and the membership of specialized representatives from the ministries (Planning, Education, Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Electricity) and the Federal Public Service Council.
2. The aforementioned committee shall take the appropriate measures to transfer lecturers, administrators, contracts, employees, and standard readers in all ministries and entities not affiliated with a ministry in accordance with Cabinet Resolution (315 of 2019) amended by Cabinet Resolution (337 of 2019) and appointing the top graduates and graduates with high degrees, As stated in Paragraph (3) of Table (A) attached, the law relating to emergency support to food security and development, which was recently voted by the Iraqi Council of Representatives.
3. The committee may seek the assistance of whomever it deems appropriate to accomplish its tasks.
4. The committee submits its final recommendations, for a decision, to the Prime Minister.
