The leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Subhi Al-Mandalawi, confirmed, on Sunday, that there is no agreement so far regarding the candidate for the presidency, while indicating that there is no talk of the "blocking third" option.
Al-Mandalawi told "Mawazine News", "There is no talk about the Kurdistan Democratic Party being the blocking third alone, because the number of its seats is only 31."
He added, "If the Sovereignty and Democratic Alliance forms one front, there may be a possibility for them to be the blocking third, but there is no talk about this option."
Regarding the file of the Presidency of the Republic, Al-Mandalawi said, "Dialogues are continuing, and there is still no agreement to be announced officially." Ended 29/N33
