Baghdad / National News CenterToday, Sunday, a member of the House of Representatives, Raed Hamdan al-Maliki, called for holding a special session to discuss the rise in the exchange rate.Al-Maliki said in a document obtained by the National News Center: “For oversight and representative purposes and based on the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq and the provisions of the House of Representatives and its formations No. (13) of 2019, please allocate the first session of the first legislative term / second year, to discuss the rise in the exchange rate of the dollar ".He called for "hosting each of the Prime Minister, Minister of Finance and Governor of the Bank for the purpose of standing up the reasons for the rise in the dollar and assessing the government's actions and the central bank's policy in this regard."[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
