A representative of the Al-Fateh Alliance affirmed today, Saturday, the ability of the Iraqi government to confront American pressure on it regarding the recent dollar crisis.
Ali al-Fatlawi, a member of the coalition, said in a statement that "the first cause of the dollar crisis is the American side, which is trying to put pressure on the new government by all means," noting that "negotiations are under way." in order to prevent the dollar crisis from worsening for the Iraqi people.”
He continued, "The government and the central bank are trying to get rid of the restrictions imposed by the Federal Bank, which caused the depreciation of the Iraqi dinar," pointing out that "the crisis is fabricated in order to starve and blackmail the people."[/rtl]
