    Prime Minister Muhammad Shayaa Al-Sudani stressed today, Monday, during the inauguration of the Higher Institute for the Preparation and Qualification of Leaders, the importance of raising the level of individual performance at the level of departments.

    Al-Sudani's media office stated, in a statement received by Al-Sumaria News, that "Prime Minister Muhammad Shia'a Al-Sudani inaugurated the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/1002808742/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B2%D9%8A%D8%B1 %D8%B3%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85/ar/]Higher Institute[/url] for the Preparation and Qualification of Leaders, in the General Secretariat of the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/1122135457/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%A1/ar/]Council of Ministers[/url]."

    During the inauguration, Al-Sudani referred to "the importance of raising the level of individual performance at the level of departments, and the importance of engaging in training programs for all levels of leadership administrative staff, in line with the requirements of the government program in economic and administrative reform and fighting corruption."



    The institute specializes in raising the capabilities and basic skills of the regulars, and also contributes to maintaining the continuous development of the capabilities of workers in leadership positions, keeping abreast of developments in various scientific fields, meeting the needs of public service institutions and developing their capabilities to provide the best services to the Iraqi citizen, according to the statement.
