[size=45]An informed source in the Diwan of Dhi Qar Governorate revealed that there is a major conflict between the political blocs in the province over the position of Director General of Dhi Qar Education.[/size]
[size=45]And the source stated, “The provincial office nominated 3 names for the position of Director General of Dhi Qar Education, including the current acting Director General, Younes Odeh,” pointing out that “the three names were sent to the Ministry of Education, for the purpose of approving one of them, after obtaining a vote by the Council of Ministers on it.” .[/size]
[size=45]The source added, “There are three blocs and political parties competing for the position, which are (Al-Dawa led by Nuri al-Maliki, Sadiqun led by Qais Khazali, and Al-Sanad al-Watani headed by Ahmed al-Asadi).[/size]
[size=45]Yesterday, the Council of Ministers voted to install Jawad Al-Sogari, as Director General of Maysan Education.[/size]
