Today, Tuesday, the Presidency of the House of Representatives called on the members of the House to resume their legislative and oversight work after the end of the legislative recess.
A statement by the presidency stated, "With the end of the legislative holiday of the House of Representatives and the beginning of the second legislative session of the third legislative year on July 9, 2024, we call on representatives, committees and parliamentary blocs to resume their legislative and oversight work."
He added, "The date of the next regular session of the Council will be determined later, to complete the legislative and oversight duties assigned to the House of Representatives."
