    In a strange operation of its kind in the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/entity/88899/%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D9%86%D8%B7%D9%82%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AE%D8%B6%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%A1/ar/]Green Zone[/url], the security forces had previously stopped two cars carrying huge sums of money, and detained the first car carrying 5 billion dinars, while the driver of the second car fled with 4 billion dinars in his possession to an unknown destination, which created a huge uproar, especially after the name of the Minister of Construction and Housing, Benkin Rikani, was mentioned in the case.

    The source said, "The security forces arrested a contractor who is implementing a bridge project in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]," confirming that "another contractor fled and his car was seized," adding, "The contractor was given an advance of 9 billion dinars and carried with him an amount of 5 billion that was placed in two cars."
