[size=45]Baghdad Governorate announced the approval of the Council of Ministers to exempt the contractual grades of the two categories of regional development contracts and unappointed educational graduates from contracting procedures.[/size]
[size=45]The governorate stated in a statement that “in light of the address of the Governor of Baghdad, Abdul Muttalib Al-Alawi, to the Office of the Prime Minister, the Council of Ministers decided in its thirty-third regular session held on 8/13/2024 to approve the exemption of contractual grades for the two categories (regional development contracts, and unappointed educational graduates only, proven in the letter of the Governor of Baghdad from the contracting procedures stipulated in Article 2 of Instructions (2 of 2023) Instructions to facilitate the implementation of the provisions of Clause (Second) of Article 66 of the Federal General Budget Law (13) of 2023.”[/size]
[size=45]She pointed out that "the governor also addressed the Prime Minister's Office to include the rest of the groups who submitted similar requests to obtain a contracting exemption, and the matter will be followed up."[/size]
