    President Barzani said: The time has come for dialogue regarding the formation of the next government in the Kurdistan Region, after the historic elections that took place on October 20, stressing the necessity for the next government to be one government, one parliament and unified Peshmerga forces, and for the law to prevail and block the way for everything that violates the law.[/size]
    [size=45]This came in a speech by the Kurdish leader, during the opening of the Mesopotamia Medical Conference, which was launched in the capital, Erbil, today, Thursday.[/size]
    [size=45]President Barzani expressed his happiness to participate in the conference, wishing it success, pointing out that the importance of this conference is great and the attendance of this large number of doctors and scientists is a great gain for the nation and shows that the Kurdish individual, if given the opportunity, is no less than any other individual in the world.[/size]
    [size=45]He also stressed the importance of the health sector, noting that in recent years, a lot of attention has been paid to the health sector, calling for increasing this attention so that citizens do not have to go abroad to receive treatment.[/size]
    [size=45]President Barzani stressed the need to pay attention to the water problem, which he said would be the main problem in the future, praising the projects of the ninth cabinet of the Kurdistan Regional Government in the field of building dams and irrigation projects.[/size]
    [size=45]Regarding the relationship with Baghdad, the Kurdish leader stressed that their goal is to resolve all issues with Baghdad in accordance with the constitution and concluded agreements.[/size]
    [size=45]He also referred to what is being talked about as a peace initiative in Türkiye, expressing his hope for its success.[/size]
