    She added: "The reason for the postponement of the implementation of the project and not to be applied in 2014, due to the unstable security situation in most parts of the country, especially in the provinces experiencing control organization (Daash), because it may take advantage of the project by the terrorist groups to achieve their goals Katsyev currency or manipulation of the price of exchange which affects the economic situation in the country.     The central bank had announced in 2012 that the application for the project to delete the zeros will be in early 2014, after being able to complete all procedures related to the stages of implementation of the project Ktba currencies and contracting with companies.

    True Neno, but ISIS still controls 1/3 of the country and since part of the CBI's responsibility is to avoid funding of terrorist, doesn't make sense to me that the CBI would pull the trigger until ISIS is eliminated imo :-)


    Good luck on the shoulder surgery Neno, hope all goes well. I went through it last October so have understanding of the procedure.

    Unfortunately, this situation still exists. So, do we really have a chance of getting what we want until ISIS is eliminated??

    If they keep attacking Iraq Army locations that just so happens to be where we have our SF guys staying, that might not be a very long wait lol

    Yeah, lots of people miss it. Read the other day 14 provinces ready for global business, think that is out of 17. Know nothing about camal gas tho... :~)
