    The
    parliamentary Finance Committee ruled out the possibility of amendments
    to the budget law, this time his be or become poor. the Chairman of the
    Committee, said Haidar Al-Abadi, in an interview for "sourcing Centre

    Abbadi
    warned that the budget this year has passed by five months, as well as
