    The
    Iraqi Institute for thought dialogue and cooperation with the
    Association of elites and competencies on Saturday preparatory to the
    Conference discussion forum {better investment to provincial budget}
    planned for the middle of next month.

    According to a statement by
    the Office of the President of the parliamentary Foreign Relations
    Committee Sheikh Humam Hamoudi Buratha News Agency received a copy of
    "the Symposium attended by an elite group of specialists discussed
    several themes which included legal and administrative hub and centre of
    expertise, competencies and the axis control.

    The Symposium
    moderated by expert legal and administrative judge Wael Abdul Latif,
    where they discussed the proposed objectives addressed the problems and
    constraints facing the budget disbursement in the provinces and to study
    relevant laws and powers ".

    "The President of the Council of
    Wasit Province Mahmoud Molla Talal, head of the Baghdad provincial
    Council a former thundered ahead with a practical ways to avoid errors
    in previous sessions concerning the provincial budget.


    The
    "Iraqi National Business Council President Dr. Ibrahim Al-Baghdadi and
    Economist Dr. conciliator they participated him raised the subject of
    active involvement of businessmen and investors, academics and
    non-governmental sectors in decision-making."

    "The Symposium
    witnessed important interventions on the topic and proposed objectives
    of the Symposium for the former Labour Minister Leyla Abdul Latif
    al-Tamimi, engineer, Dr. Mohammed Hussein Ali Hussein of the
    Al-Mustansiriyah University, constant Kazem Khader, Executive Director
    of the National Business Council, Jamal Al-Assadi, Director General in
    the Presidency of the Republic, Dr. Marissa urban planning Institute
    Director, Dr. Hussein Al Alawi al-nahrain University Faculty of
    political sciences, Abdel Kazem khudair ajeel, a member of the Baghdad
    provincial Council previously/Iraq Energy Institute.


    On the worksheets are written four themes discussed at the Conference next month.
