    Announced Wasit Provincial Council, for an initial start consultations with the Korean company Hanwha Basmajh implementing a project to generate electricity through solar energy. And among the company expressed a desire to work in Wasit province in various investment sectors, he stressed that "Hanwha" and other international companies will participate in the second Wasit exhibition of energy, investment and reconstruction in next February. 
    The head of the Energy Committee of the Board of hope Ugaili in an interview with (long - Presse), "A delegation from the local government discussed with the Korean company Hanwha implementing the project Basmajh residential possibility of investment in the province in various civilian sectors." 
    Ugaili added that " the two parties put forward the possibility of investment in the electricity sector by leveraging the expertise of this company for the generation of electricity through solar energy based on its successful experience in the City project Basmajh housing in Baghdad." 
    Ugaili showed that "local government delegation to accept the overall investment opportunities available in Wasit province , and carries oil identity and agricultural as well as the large need for housing and health projects and other infrastructure projects and how to get Korean companies including Hanwha some of these opportunities." 
    Ugaili explained that "Hanwha Corporation expressed its willingness to accept the invitation to participate in the international Wasit second exhibition of energy, reconstruction and investment to be held for the duration of 20. 23.2.2017 on the ground Kut textile factory that provides them with access to real investment opportunities in the province a chance." 
    It is noteworthy that many foreign companies began investing in Wasit province for more than five years within the energy sector, including the Waha Chinese company that invests in the Ahdab oil field, Shanghai China , which is investing in Wasit power plant in addition to the coalition Kazibrom who works at an investment of Badra oil field with a number of other foreign companies.
