    The MP for the National Alliance Hilal Sahlani, yesterday, the existence of three proposals related to paragraph 37 of the provincial elections law to overcome the "node of Kirkuk." He pointed out that these proposals will be presented to the House of Representatives for the purpose of voting on them.
    The articles of the provincial elections law left only eight articles after the vote on 45 articles, and the transfer of two articles of the law, which relate to the number of seats in the provincial council and the judiciary, to the third amendment to the law of the provinces No. (21).
    Two meetings arranged by the speaker last week of the Kirkuk constituents and the election commission concluded an agreement to continue meetings without clear solutions to the provincial elections, which have not seen local elections
    since 2005.
    In the past months, the United Nations and the United States Embassy have failed to find a consensus on the Kirkuk elections. These attempts were met by Turkmen and Arab demands to legislate a special election law.
