    The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs committed the ministries and the private sector to appoint persons with disabilities through the formation of specialized committees for this purpose, while confirming the continuation of payments of salaries of full-time appointment.
    The head of the Authority for the Care of Persons with Disabilities and Special Needs in the Ministry, Judge Asghar Abdul Razzaq al-Moussawi, said in a statement to Al-Sabah that the Commission formed a committee to follow up the implementation of Article 16 of Law No. 38 of 2013 on the obligation of ministries and government institutions and the private sector to appoint persons with disabilities. The public sector by 5 percent of the grades, and 3 percent in the private sector companies and private sector, pointing out at the same time that the goal is to benefit from this category and improve their living income.
    He added that the Commission continues to distribute payments from the full-time salary of the full-time in the provinces to civilians and military personnel, as recently launched a new batch in the provinces of Diwaniyah, Maysan, Najaf, Muthanna and Wasit, explaining that it intends to launch the rest of the payments to the provinces respectively during the month of August and the same procedures and controls agreed between the departments of the Ministry and provincial councils .
    Al-Moussawi said that the Authority is working on the establishment of an electronic database in preparation for the issuance of smart card «Key Card» for beneficiaries in Baghdad and the provinces in order to facilitate the process of distribution of salaries and the organization of the timing of the salaries of the full-time appointment.
    He added that in order to complete the updates on the full-time employee's transactions in the database, the Authority's administration decided to suspend the transfer of the full-time salary of the full-time employee and change the appointment for two months from the beginning of this month until October 1 of this year.
