The development of the energy sector and the diversion of its available resources to benefit from its potential, in a coherent, coherent, sustainable and environmentally friendly manner, to meet local energy needs, and to adopt multi-faceted national economic growth to improve the living standards of citizens and create new jobs, should be taken into account. .
