Oil expert Hamza al-Jawahri predicted on Sunday that the government will not record any deficit in the budget next year if oil prices continue to rise, stressing the continued rise in prices under the extension of OPEC and producer countries to cut output for another year.
"The budget next year will be free of any financial deficit in the event of stability of oil prices by about $ 62 per barrel, as well as the possibility of increasing the increase of the financial reserve of the Central Bank's cash reserve fund."
He added that "the recent oil agreement between OPEC and the oil-producing countries to extend the reduction of production for another year supports the stability and height of oil, especially in the winter season."
