    Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi said on Friday his government's efforts to establish relations with neighboring countries without compromising national interests and constants.
     
    Abadi said in a speech during his attendance at the Sixth Ambassadors' Conference of the Foreign Ministry: "We seek to establish relations with neighboring countries without compromising the interests of our people and our country and our national constants."
     
    "We can not isolate ourselves from the world in a time of communication, but we can fortify ourselves by our unity and the interests of our people and the development of our external relations.
