    Thanks Rocky, if they vote for a recount, I am wondering if they can get it done and form the gov. within the time frame allotted by law and if they vote not to allow the recount - will that be tired up in the counts and prevent the forming of the gov. -  either way, will that affect the CBI from the RVing of the dinar?
