Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives: Parliament intends to cancel the appointments issued by Abadi

The second deputy speaker of parliament [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/104482/%D8%A8%D8%B4%D9%8A%D8%B1 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AD%D8%AF%D8%A7%D8%AF]Bashir Haddad,[/url] the House of Representatives' intention to cancel the recent appointments issued by the Prime Minister Haider Abadi, which relate to the special grades of the post of Director General and above.
Haddad said in a press statement that these appointments were issued outside the framework of the Constitution and the law that the government of the latter expired powers and may not be issued any appointment to the special grades of the Director General and higher than this post.
He pointed out that the parliament intends to issue a decision later to cancel the issuance of orders of appointment.
