{Baghdad: Al Furat News} Reply the Supreme Judicial Council, the fact that there are arrangements to return people wanted to the judiciary according to political arrangements, including Tariq al-Hashemi to Iraq.
The media center of the Judicial Council denied in a statement received by the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of it, "the news transmitted by one of the satellite channels on arrangements for the return of people wanted to the judiciary in accordance with political arrangements."
"Any person who is required to be tried inside or outside Iraq can follow the legal procedures in challenging the decisions issued against him, and this is the only way away from any political arrangements," the judiciary said.
The court also denied that "any judgment or arrest warrant against any person is politically motivated because the verdicts and arrest warrants are issued according to the law only for criminal offenses and in light of the evidence in each case."
Some local media have revealed on Thursday that there are mediation agreements that reached a great understanding for the return of Tariq al-Hashemi, Rafa al-Issawi, Ali Hatem Sulaiman and Ethel al-Nujaifi who are wanted to judge on terrorism charges, stressing that the mediators reached a political settlement that satisfies all parties. Their return, likely to resume their political work in the next few days. "
