The MP for the bloc of Jawad al-Musawi, that the delay of Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi in resolving candidates for vacant ministries "constitutional violation."
"The prime minister's delay in resolving and sending his candidates to the rest of his Cabinet is a clear violation of the constitution and a sign of a great weakness in his administration and his handling of responsibility," Moussawi said in a statement received by Al-Nour News.
He added that "it has been proved in more than one place and appropriate inability of the Prime Minister to overcome the effects of neighboring countries and weak in the management of this issue and other topics such as the subject of the administration of the Kurdistan region."
Moussawi said that "the parliamentary legislative power is able to resolve the selection of the rest of the cabinet cabin within one week only if 3 to 5 candidates were sent by the prime minister to each ministry."
