The voice of the House of Representatives in its thirty-first session held under the chairmanship of Mohammed Halbusi, the President of the Council today and in the presence of 203 deputies, on the proposed law of the first amendment to the Federal Budget Law of the Republic of Iraq for the fiscal year 2019.
The Council completed the vote on a proposal to amend the rules of procedure and form an independent committee on behalf of the Communications and Information Committee and transfer its powers and functions from the committees of services, culture and information.
