Al- [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] said in a statement: "To overcome the crisis of trust and the emptiness of power, and based on our national responsibilities, we offer the following initiative that includes the President of the Republic assigning an independent, efficient, and strong personality to head the government within 15 days, and the formation of a mini government to manage the transitional period, provided that it does not exceed one year from the date You take responsibility for it. "
He added: "The primary tasks of the government are to hold early and fair elections with the participation of UNAMI and no later than the thirty-first of next December, to control security, to confine arms to the state, to bring the perpetrators of the demonstrators and security forces to justice, and the impartiality of the national decision."
He explained that the initiative also includes, obliging the prime minister-designate to form a government away from hateful party allocation while maintaining representation of national societal diversity, engaging professional competencies and government activists, and appointing a consultant to the Prime Minister for mass demands, to ensure the involvement of the public in the management of the transitional phase and the formation of special committees ( Trilogy) from the government, the UNAMI, and the demonstrators, to supervise the following tasks: holding elections, investigative committees for killing protesters and security forces, and re-establishing security in the provinces.
