    Information / Special ...
The legal expert, Ali Al-Tamimi, confirmed, on Thursday, the possibility of reconsidering some of the previous constitutional interpretations by the new Federal Court, according to the developments taking place.
Al-Tamimi told "the information" that "the new Federal Court has great tasks, laws and thorny and complex files that require interpretation as soon as it is approved and its duties begin."
He added, "Some of those tasks are constitutional interpretations and old appeals that were submitted to the previous court that could not be considered due to the lack of a quorum."
Al-Tamimi explained that "the new Federal Court can review the interpretations provided by the former Federal Court in accordance with the economic and social developments on the Iraqi arena," noting that "the review is based on interpretation and not radical change."
