    Today, Sunday, the Ministry of Finance addressed the Ministry of Health to provide it with job grades for graduates of the years 2020-2021 with health, medical and nursing professions.
    According to a document seen by the news agency, "The Ministry of Finance referred to Paragraph 6 of Book No. 12685 on 30/5/2022 addressed to the Office of the First Deputy of the House of Representatives to include a text within the draft Food Security and Development Law authorizing the Federal Service Council in coordination with the Ministry of Health regarding Appointing doctors, pharmacists, dentists, health professionals, and scientists, graduating in the year (2020-2021).
    She explained, "The book No. 7488 was issued on 06/14/2022 addressed to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers stating that it is not possible to release appointments to those covered by the provisions of Paragraph (3) of Table (A) because (one trillion dinars) is not sufficient to cover those covered by the appointments of holders of higher degrees. And the first graduates, because there is no financial cover within this law that is sufficient to launch appointments to centrally funded state departments.
    He added, "The letter of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers No. S/2/5/75/2208 was issued on 06/14/2022, and it ensured that you could release appointments after the availability of financial allocations despite the Food Security Law did not include making any appointment to them, and paragraph (1) ), which indicated that the ministry did not support the availability of financial allocations to health departments in the governorates, especially after the legislation of the Food Security and Development Law, which did not include any financial allocations for the topic under discussion, calling on “the ministry to coordinate with the Federal Service Council in this regard.”
     
    He stressed the need to provide the Ministry of Finance with a detailed schedule for the distribution of job grades (2020-2021) that includes the triple name, the order issued for the appointment of the degree, the job title and the name of the formation of doctors, dentists, pharmacists and those with health professions with grade and job title distributed to all health departments in the governorates, including the Ministry's headquarters Separately, so that the Ministry of Finance can include it in Table C attached to the draft Federal Budget Law for the year 2022 and a detailed table calculating the required costs, to be sent to the Accounting Department to request funding after it is approved by the availability of allocations from the total actual expenditure from operating expenses in case the expenditure is insufficient The actual compensation for employees for each health department separately, including the Ministry's headquarters for the year 2021, without exceeding the specified percentage.
    He pointed out that "the book No. 34905 on 15/6/2021 addressed to the budgeting department included the number of graduates (37916) and at a cost of (44,341) million dinars, as it was included in the draft budget law for the year 2022 and not as stated in the book above."
    And it demanded, "a statement of the reasons for the increase in the aforementioned number, and the provision of a letter from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research with the numbers of graduates doctors, dentists, pharmacists and those with medical health professions for the year (2020-2021) and all private colleges covered by the appointment by the Medical Progress Law No. (6) of 2000 amended." .
