    BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) -  said a member of the coalition forces  Iraqi Khalid Mafraji, the deal officially with the National Alliance and the Alliance  of Kurdistan to the enactment of the amnesty cut the time than three months,  and hauled accountability and justice to the judiciary to fully cut the time than six  months .

    Said Mafraji's (IMN)   "reached today a final agreement  between the coalition forces and the Kurdistan Alliance and the National Alliance on most points 
    two basic and two file accountability and justice its  draft general amnesty law Bthdadahma  cut the time and inclusion in the government program, which will be presented later to the Council of Representatives for a vote and it becomes legally binding implementation by the prime minister  -designate Haider al-Abadi . "

    He Mafraji that "the agreement ensures that begins the countdown to determine the time  of the enactment of the amnesty and hauled accountability and justice to the judiciary with 
    the announcement of the formation of the new government . "

    He explained that Mafraji "determine the time limit to implement the demands by the government  is an important step in the road to ending the differences and the shift to active participation  in the new government for the success of their work in all fields . "

    She expressed the AJC's refusal to resolve the absolute authority in the phase  current and confirmed that the work is linked to a number of important files, notably financial pursuits  for the property of the former regime, which is estimated at 100 billion dollars .
