Shafaq News/ The Central Bank of Iraq's sales of hard currency to the dollar during the current week amounted to about 350 million dollars.
Shafaq News agency reporter stated that the Central Bank sold during the current week, during the four days in which the auction was opened, starting from Monday to Thursday, 348 million and 269 thousand and 650 dollars, at a daily rate of 87 million and 67 thousand and 412 dollars, down by 25.64% from the previous week.

Our correspondent added that the highest dollar sales during the current week were on Monday, when sales amounted to 139,346,305 dollars, while the lowest sales were on Tuesday, when sales amounted to 56,676,315 dollars, indicating that the decrease in sales came after the decrease in foreign remittances.
He pointed out that most of these sales went in the form of remittances abroad to finance foreign trade, while the selling price of dollars transferred to bank accounts abroad, in addition to cash sales, amounted to 1460 dinars per dollar.
