The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Ahmed Al-Asadi, announced today, Sunday, that the student scholarship will be paid with social assistance starting in the month of October. Al-
Asadi said during a press conference: “The fifth meal supplement for those covered by social assistance will be launched during the next two days in the governorates of Maysan, Diwaniyah, Salah al-Din, Kirkuk, and Diyala.” ".
Al-Asadi added, "We launched the largest aid payment for the month of October to more than 1,940,000 families."
He pointed out, “The student scholarship is paid with social assistance starting in October.”
