Wasit province issued a decision, would turn decades of work toward two hundred employees within the regional development budget to the petro-dollar amounts allocated to the province.
The governor of Wasit told all of Iraq [where], "it was the turn of about 200 employees within the regional development contracts to contracts within budget amounts [petro dollars] allocated to the province of oil revenue source of its oil fields."
He added that "the impact of this move comes objection BSA on the possibility of keeping the appointment of the owners of the contracts within the development of the regions in 2014 for failure to approve the financial budget, which necessitated turning them."
It is said that the province of Wasit receive one dollar for every barrel of oil source from the fields of Ahdab and Badra petroleum, which reached production rate two to 150 000 barrels per day, of which 135 thousand Ahdab and 15 000 barrels of Badra o
