Today, Thursday, the representative of the Sadiqoun parliamentary bloc, Hassan Salem, renewed his demand to expel American forces from Iraq, stressing that the Iraqi people cannot accept the continuation of the occupation and its continued presence.
Salem said in an interview with Al-Maalouma Agency, "The American occupation is committing more crimes inside Iraq, sometimes by targeting the headquarters of the Popular Mobilization Forces and other times by supporting the Zionist entity with internationally prohibited weapons to kill the children of Gaza."
He added, "The Iraqi people will not accept the continued presence of the American occupation on the homeland's soil," noting that "the American occupation was not satisfied with killing the Iraqi people, in addition to giving the green light to the Zionist entity to exterminate the people of Gaza."
He continued, "America always uses self-defense as a pretext, and international law does not allow people to defend themselves." End / 25 H
