    confirmed the Ministry of Finance in the government of the Kurdistan region, its intention to pay half of the Ministry of Education employees' salaries over the next week, with the other half we stay on the provincial government, pointing out that the current financial crisis, delayed the payment of full salaries, and would delay the other half to the period close later.

    This comes in the wake of the threat of the Union of Kurdistan teachers in the implementation of a general strike in Kurdistan to protest against the late payment of salaries, which enters the fifth month in a row amid difficult financial circumstances.

    In the meantime, the deployment of Vice President of Government of the Territory Qubad Talabani tweet on his personal account Balvispock in which he referred to it and a number ministers and staff involved in the financial affairs had met with Prime Minister Nechirvan Barzani for ten hours in order to search for a way out severe financial crisis afflicting the region, or at least mitigation.

    He assured Talabani citizens of Kurdistan »that the government will do its utmost to search for urgent solutions to the crisis and economic stability, calling on staff to patience and endurance to overcome this crisis ».

    In the same context, the Kurdistan Islamic Union revealed the project submitted by the Government of the Territory to address the financial crisis.

    The project includes a real and urgent reforms, from the organization of resources to ensure the payment of half of the employees' salaries, then reform the rest of the sectors of government.

    Islamic Union and pointed out that without the support of political forces and the assignment can not achieve any reform or the implementation of the project addresses the deepening financial crisis in Kurdistan.
