[ltr]The Ministry of Electricity, said Thursday that the reduction of the amounts allocated to the ministry budgets negatively impact on the development of the electricity system.[/ltr]
[ltr]The ministry spokesman said Musab teacher's / balances News /, "The ministry is working hard in order to provide a service hardly be satisfactory to the citizens," noting that "but there are a lot of difficulties that the ministry is facing, including the security and financial challenges, fuel and wasteful consumption of electric power."[/ltr]
[ltr]He said the teacher, "The ministry has a program for the maintenance and rehabilitation of the electrical system and power plants, power lines and distribution networks, transport, and they are taking advantage of the golden period of the confined end of September to the end of the month of April for the implementation of this program."[/ltr]
[ltr]He continued: "But the program suffered this year to lag due to reduced amounts allocated to the ministry budgets and not to launch, and that the ministry will not be able to implement only (20 to 25%) of this program, which adversely affect the situation of the electricity system in the coming summer months."[/ltr]
[ltr]He pointed to the teacher, that "the ministry is trying to bridge the gap through investment contracts," and expressed the hope that "the intervention of the ministry of new generating units of up to (250 500) megawatts, by the project Basmajh venture early next month of June."[/ltr]
[ltr]And that "the ministry headed towards the privatization of the power distribution sector, urging the citizens to pay the wages of energy consumption and conservation, which is reflected positively in increasing the hours of processing" .anthy[/ltr]
