    Washington and Tehran are planning to keep al-Jubouri and Abadi in office

    The United States has agreed with Iran on keeping key government and the Council of the Iraqi parliament in office, and do not change them at this stage. 

    According to a senior official in the province Korstan network Roudao media, that "the President of the Kurdistan region of Iraq, Massoud Barzani warned America of the re-delivery Nuri al-Maliki as prime minister, calling it the Red Line for the Kurds." 

    The official, who declined to be named said that "the United States and Iran have agreed to keep the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, and Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri in office, and not to make any amendments." 

    For his part, former US ambassador to Iraq, Zalmay Khalilzad, told a news briefing: "America and Iran may agree to help Iraq, and make repairs there." 

    As he said head of Patriotic Union of Kurdistan party in the Iraqi parliament bloc, Ala Talabani network Roudao media, "al-Jubouri, will remain in his post as speaker of parliament, and Iran believes al-Jubouri of moderate figures." 

    Roudao has learned from its own sources that Haider al-Abadi asked the regional president Massoud Barzani, provide support and assistance in order to keep him in his post as prime minister. 

    On the other hand, he asked the former Iraqi prime minister, Nuri al-Maliki, the leader of the Badr Organization, Hadi al-Amiri, his support in order to change the current President of Parliament Saleem al-Jubouri, while Iran has rejected such attempts. 

    It is noteworthy that the 130 members of the Iraqi parliament close to Nuri al-Maliki and Muqtada al-Sadr calling for a major change of Parliament and the government.
